Royal Hospital of Neuro-disability transforms their learning programme with Cortex LMS
We’re delighted to announce that our new learning management system Cortex has been piloted at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability for a full year now, resulting in a range of benefits for the organisation. RHN have seen great improvements in their learning program since using our new LMS, describing the aftercare by Premier IT as being “second to none”, and we’re hoping these benefits continue for the long-term.
Since implementing Cortex and our bespoke e-learning content, RHN have managed to increase their assessed compliance training figures to an impressive 93% (with one module – Information Governance – achieving 96% compliance), showing how a digital LMS can improve consistency across organisations. Not only has Cortex helped RHN improve their compliance rates, it has also helped them streamline their whole learning and development process through the use of technology.
As providers of healthcare and training solutions, we are very honoured to be collaborating with such a reputable organisation, who have also given us a fantastic testimony for our new LMS. RHN were also recently entered into the Personnel Management Award for Excellence in HR by their Associate Director of Human Resources and Learning & development.
RHN’s Learning and Development Manager, Jemella Hanson, said:
“The way that the system has supported the organisation cannot be faulted. Cortex provides user-friendly modules to ensure a good knowledge base and full understanding of the mandatory requirements. Most importantly, Cortex allows our staff to take full responsibility for their training and do it both on and off site, at times convenient to them”.
